Retsina is a product unique to the Greek vineyards. Greece is the only country permitted to produce traditional Retsina wine under law. It is a dry, slightly piquant wine, which owes its characteristic flavor to the addition of a few pieces of pine resin to the must before or during fermentation. These, along with the lees, are removed during the first racking.
From the appellation of Nemea. A rich Greek red wine based on the Agioritiko grape variety. Rich and full-bodied on the palate with blackberry and a slight mint fruit character from the oak aging. Agiorgitiko, Pronounced "ah yor YEE ti ko", is one of the most prolific red varieties of Greece. This hard-to-pronounce grape is often called “St. George” for international marketing purposes, and makes some beautiful, easy-drinking, light to medium-bodied wines.
A refreshing, dry white wine with an aroma of enticing citrus, floral and melon notes. The texture is crisp, fresh and well-balanced by lush flavors of orange blossom and white rose with a hint of spice on the finish. Boutari Moschofilero (mo-sko-feel-er-o) is a premium white wine made from 100% Moschofilero grapes grown in the highest elevation vineyards in the region of Mantinia in the Peloponnese.

Assyrtiko from Santorini, Greece. Chalky, wet stone mineralic nose. Characterful palate with lovely full body and a light touch of oak awakening layered aftertaste. The 2018 Santorini Assyrtiko, the flagship 100% Assyrtiko is unoaked and comes in at 14% alcohol. This is textured and elegant, while still solid in the mid-palate. If a couple of the 7 Villages offerings are powerhouses, this leans a little more to balance—but it still has very ripe fruit and its fair share of power.
Colour: White. Style: Dry Wine region: Santorini Grape: 100% Assyrtiko Carefully selected vineyards with old vines, located at special locations of Pyrgos, Megalochori, Exo Gonia, Akrotiri and Fira. The minimalistic winemaking approach is followed during all stages of production. Wine ages ”sur-lies” for at least 8 months. Mineral nose with fruity (peach, pear) and herbal (tea, chamomile) hints. Creamy feel balancing Assyrtiko’s nerve and high acidity. Highly concentrated aromas, fine complexity, and long, salty aftertaste.
Soft golden color. Basil, lemongrass, and asparagus flavors along with white flowers followed by rich aromas of tropical fruit, pineapple, guava as well as green gooseberry, tart quince and ripe citrus. Dry on the palate, with high acidity and full body. Long aftertaste.
Vivid rose color, rich aromas of strawberry and cherry jam, wonderfully cool flavor, with nuances of blackcurrant, in a well-structured ensemble with a long aftertaste and a soft sense of sweetness. Pairs well with: Exotic cuisine, fresh salads, oil braised dishes, but also deserts with strawberries. Indicative blend: Pamid and Syrah. Winery formerly known as Ktima Vourvoukelis. This is the fourth most sought-after wine from Thrace (in terms of user searches).
A fresh, citrusy, dry white wine, which expresses all the characteristic fruit, minerality and terroir of this variety. Complex, balanced, and dry, with a long finish. Robola is a white grape variety grown in various parts of Greece, but primarily on the Ionian island of Kefalonia. Robola typically produces fresh, lightly aromatic citrusy wines. Previously the grape was thought to be identical to Ribolla from Friuli.
A brilliant straw color with greenish shades and an aroma of matured fruit such as pear, mango and citrus. On the palate the rich flavors of lemon peel enhance the appealing mouthfeel, adding a well-balanced finish. Pair with seafood, poultry, pasta dishes with light sauces, fresh vegetable salads, Mediterranean and Asian cuisine. This wine is produced from the Greek grape variety of Malagousia, which was saved from extinction due to the efforts of Vangelis Gerovassiliou.

On the nose, intense aromas red fruits and strawberry jam. Dry palate, with crisp acidity that balances the fruit-forward flavors and leads to a refreshing finish.
Made from the Merlot grapes of Central Greece. This classic savory red features plum and black cherry on the nose and mocha, vanilla and spice on the palate, giving this Merlot wide appeal. Medium-bodied, easy-drinking and modern, the red is a solid, if somewhat straightforward, selection. Pairs with game birds like goose and duck and other poultry.
Kourtaki Mavrodaphne ("Black Laurel") of Patras, Greece. Full-bodied Red Blend Dessert Wine. 51 % Mavrodaphne, 49% Black Corinth. Light tawny/red color. There are raisins, caramel, and a chocolatey sweetness on the nose. Quite full on the palate.
Mavrodaphne "Black Laurel" from Patras, Greece. This oak-aged, Port-like red has a round character of vanilla and coffee paired with sweet spice. Its balance of smoky/sweet flavors are exotic and thought-provoking and beg for aging. Mavrodaphne is a dark-skinned wine grape variety from the Peloponnese peninsula in Greece. It is used most often in the production of sweet, fortified wines, such as those from the coastal town of Patras.

Mythology Euro Pale Lager from Fantis Imports Inc. 5% ABV. A little skunk on the nose. Lovely malt on the tongue with a hint of sweetness. Mild skunky finish. With light fragrances and light bitterness, it is appropriate to enjoy it on any occasion but also to combine it with Greek cuisine. Goes great with Saganaki! Opa!.
